This and PIECES have the same thing going on - they're horribly made, cheap and sleezy with bad acting out the wazoo. But the endings of both of these are pretty unforgettable, especially Sleepaway Camp.
I couldn't get that end scene out of my head for days after watching it. Scariest face ever.
