80's horror/slasher flicks seem corny rather than scary. I found myself laughing most of the time, esp at the horrible acting. There wasn't as much gore as I had expected but it wasn't really a disadvantage.
The ending surprised me since I really didn't know anything about this movie even if I had been hearing about it since I got interested in the genre, but still, I found it funny rather than shocking or scary.
