I would rate it as a non-narative movie that does not seek to make sense, same as the famous sentence this film derives its name from, but everybody can see something here. Unfortunatelly, I have seen the attempt to make the most boring and brutally slow movie ever made.

There is a steady atmosphere that movie cherishes, and I appreciate that it grows on you as the movie progresses, and there are many beautiful shots and scenes. As a whole, it is just so darn boring.
