Review of SLC Punk (1998) by David Ray G — 05 Jul 2008
I've always been on the fence with this one. The first time I saw it, I loved it. With each subsequent viewing, it just seems like its spoon-feeding me insight that I could've gathered with further experience and exposure.
It's a good starting point, and has laughs, so its "proselytic" nature can be overlooked.
The ending was a cop-out, but relatively true to life.
