Review of SLC Punk (1998) by Damien K — 19 Jun 2009

I thought it was great until the main character made his closing statement. Not because he sold out/bought in, but he did it in such a typical manner. I don't care that he decided to to stop being punk as if he was ready to grow up, and I had to agree with the good sense that Summer Phoenix's character was making when she criticized his punkness.

I really really like Matthew Lillard a lot and thought he gave a great performance. Devon Sawa was also a hit.
