Another one of the anime I saw back when I tryed to get into them. Silly and kind of.......stressing that word.....funny. The plot is a grab bag of far fetched fantasy ideas, and site gags. The animation is in the usual half lazy half complicaed mode.
the charachters were horrifically obnoxious and annoying...i guess in anime if your more of both that makes you funny...based on some warped logic a few people I know seem to dive right into.
