Review of Slaughterhouse-Five (1972) by Sam B — 19 May 2009
While the movie is pretty faithful to the book, plot point to plot point, it doesn't quite capture the spirit and dark humor of it. However, I still somewhat enjoyed it as a time travel movie oddity. And seeing Valerie Perrine (a.k.a. Miss Teschmacher of the SUPERMAN movies) topless was something 12 year old me would have killed for.
