Review of Slacker (1990) by Aaron B — 21 Jul 2010
This movie is just what you'd expect to get if you put an ad in your local alternative weekly and let each and every weirdo who answered it concoct and star in their own little scene in your movie.
Some of the scenes are funny, some are rather dull. My favorites were the crazy lady in the diner, the old anarchist and the young burglar and the old guy with the vocoder. It's amazing how strange early 90s clothing and haircuts look now.
