Review of Slacker (1990) by Joss D — 12 Jun 2011
The whole point of the movie is to never look at a stranger the same way again. Think about it. Linklater showed us images of natural unimportant people going through day to day life releasing philosophical and psychological ideas and feelings.
Us normal people feel we need to care about the characters in any movie but not a stranger in real life. Why not care for strangers? Linklater shows us natural geniuses in an everyday man or woman. Through a beauty of a camera.
