Dwayne has charisma, but not enough for this dumb, bloated movie.
I really like Dwayne Johnson in movies. He has charisma and charm. Decent enough actor (for the genre). However, this movie has a story that is thin in spots it shouldn't be,Dwayne has charisma, but not enough for this dumb, bloated movie.
I really like Dwayne Johnson in movies. He has charisma and charm. Decent enough actor (for the genre).
However, this movie has a story that is thin in spots it shouldn't be, and convoluted in other spots, merely to set up one preposterous stunt or CGI sequence.
I like a good action/disaster thriller, and I don't need every movie to be "Citizen Cain", but this one is not worth the time.
If you're feeling like you want to see an action movie like this one, do yourself a favor and watch the original version, which was titled "Diehard", starred Bruce Willis, and came out in 1988.
