Review of Skyscraper (2018) by Ethan C — 05 Aug 2018

Skyscraper was an average film for me. Lately it's been getting tons of abuse for copying successful movies like Die Hard and Towering Inferno, which I'm not going to disagree with. When you take away that perspective of this box office 'bomb' then Skyscraper is pretty enjoyable, if you're not too fussy (like myself).

Throughout it had me on the edge of my seat anytime Dwayne Johnson was hanging from the Pearl. But yeah, overall it was okay. Another thing I need to quickly mention about The Rock is for him to stop starring in so many damn movies, as it limits other talented actors/actresses from getting their opportunity (no hate for my boy Dwayne since I think he's fantastic).
