I was a little surprised that "Skyscraper" received a low critic score. This is a classic style action movie with a well rounded cast, thrilling moments and a lot of heart. Of course this movie is not perfect.
It's fast pace, over the top but this is still very good movie with some impressive sequences. And it's not a Die Hard rip-off by any stretch for those who keep comparing the two. It pays homage to past films while being it's own movie and I love the message that it gives.
Solid 8 out 10.
