Mindless (the MacGuffin is only useful to the bad guys yet our heroes feel a need to protect it) and doesn't really do anything with the fact that Dwayne Johnson's playing a one-legged man (nice though it is to see a disability treated as no big deal) but the film's a fun time for all involved.
