I would rank it a 6.5 out of 10, but upped it to a 7. I hated AVP:R, and went in expecting to rip this one to shreds. Surprise surprise it is actually a solid B-movie. Will not win any awards, but I do not think it pretends to be anything it is not.
Does not deserve the critical thrashing it is receiving. Entertaining 90 minutes at the theatre.
