Review of Skyfall (2012) by Brandon W — 30 Apr 2015
Out of all the Daniel Craig's James Bond movies, this is the best one so far. Daniel Craig is still intimidating as always, and he has some moments that were not like his character, but it made sense and it doesn't make it the same character which is nice to see.
Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes, and Ben Whishaw are great, but what is always great to see, are the James Bond villains, and Javier Bardem as Raoul Silva is fantastic. The new characters are really good, and the villain is a lot of fun to watch.
It has some funny moments, and it has some nice touches to the past James Bond series. The fight scenes are amazing to watch, especially the end which it gets more exciting, and does the Home Alone traps which are cool to see.
The soundtrack by Thomas Newman is so catchy to watch with a great theme song by Adele. Skyfall is an excellent movie that's well directed by Sam Mendes and well written by Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, and John Logan.
