Daniel Craig looks worn out in this Bond film where Bond and M are presented as too old for this sort of thing. The new villains use cyberspace to cause mayhem. The British government thinks it's time for a new approach to foreign intelligence work.

But Bond and M, as tired-looking as they are, know that sometimes, the old ways still work when all else fails. Moving from Turkey to China to the United Kingdom, Bond is on the trail of an insider who has a personal grudge against M.

Excellently photographed, this is a lush film to watch, with gorgeous scenery and superbly staged chases and fights. The villain's plot is far to well-organized to be credible, but that's really not new in a Bond film.

Even though it's a long film, the pacing is steady and sure and the tension remains high. Definitely one of the better Bond films. Oh, and THE Aston-Martin show up!
