Review of Skyfall (2012) by Robert L — 19 May 2014
Best Daniel Craig Bond yet. He rose better in this than Batman in Rises. Impressive villain that uses his humor and light-heart feminine to mask a true tragedy behind his character.Sam Mendes, I need to have a closer at his professionalism.
The cinematography by Robert Deakins as one critic states, "Kubrick professionalism," is truly spell-binding to see in the blockbuster format. And the careful editing by the Braids allowing those talents to be presented very well.
My only complaint is the reappearance of Bond, he just shows up "TADA!" no looking into how he survived that supposed death.
