Half-cheese, half-plot. All in 'good' taste. Although Russell's outfit looks HORRIBLY HORRIBLY HORRIBLE, the movie is 'cheesily good'. You'll recognize "The Incredibles," "X-Men," and a bunch of other superhero movies, point, and laugh at the Wonder Woman reference near the end and the random "Melt With You" at the end as well.
But, I beg you, shut up and watch it--just for mocking.
