I saw this when I was 10, and I do have to say it was a pretty cool movie. So sad to see that it had a disappointing box-office intake, as it was a very creative technical accomplishment, and a well-done homage to the old sci-fi movies and the time period of the '30's.
The acting and entertainment help this movie very well.
