Good homage to the early Superman cartoons, but generally the images are too dark to disguise their CGI nature or give you any sense of realism. Jude Law is understated but believable as the lead, however Gwyneth Paltrow has too much screen time for her one dimensional character and a totally lack luster performance. Over it is closer to bad than to good, but not distinctly either.
