Review of Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (2004) by Andy G — 15 May 2012
-As far as I remember, the majority, if not all of the acting happened in front of a green screen. Incredibly well-preformed for this feat.
-The intro is outrageously captivating. Cityscapes are gorgeous.
-So much glow on everything!
-A great score accompanies the beautiful visuals.
-Clearly draws from Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, King Kong, and Wizard of Oz in quite a few scenes.
