Review of Skinwalkers (2006) by Louise N — 15 Oct 2008

There were 3 scenes/ moments I liked out of the entire movie. First off, the poster for the movie is misleading. The werewolves were lame, make up bad. Too simple of a plot and just lame acting. Scenes I liked: when Kat says "you don't know what you're missing", the small town getting into the gun fight with Nana and her big gun, and the cheesy but nice reunion at the end.

Everything else was sad. I love Kim Coates, Jason Behr, and Rhona Mitra but what they were given was sad. Also, the legend was alright. But the boy wasn't too special and does Daddy really come back into their life like that? It does seem fitting to have them protecting Tim after he tried to kill him.

So I didn't mind too much. Some things were too obvious.
