Ewww. Did people think this was funny *then*? I thought I'd give Ilana a sample of a "classic" John Hughes teen comedy. This was oversexed, over drunk, and assertively unfunny. The comedy was often obnoxious and mean, and the plotting was schizoid.
I'd rather have shown her Superbad, which, while unwholesome, was at least hilarious and clever.
