Review of Sixteen Candles (1984) by Rex A — 26 Oct 2013
Sixteen Candles is easy to relate for some unpopular teenagers. But the pace is too slow for a simple story, and the jokes aren't that funny. I don't really understand why Molly Ringwald was the star 'cause her performance is replaceable and not THAT impressive, while Anthony Michael Hall's performance is easy to remember and simply funny.
