Review of Six Degrees of Separation (1993) by Sage T — 09 Jan 2011
The editing, cinematography and the acting was great (at least Stockard Channing's acting) but the screenplay was so drawn out that I couldn't appreciate it. And BTW I'm so SICK of these movies that have this "mysitical, elusive, troubled (but talented!), poor black boy" who changes the lives of everyone but is basically "sacrificed" like a lamb as an extended metaphor for how the class system robs people of opportunity.
I'M DONE.
