Review of Sisters (2015) by Dekemoviegeek — 26 Dec 2015
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler produced & star in this sibling buddy film that highlights their position to imprint their own comedic stamp upon their product, and while not a classic, it plays as a smart and dryly funny romp through mindless themes & sight gags, that neither offend capriciously, nor fail to deliver on enough belly laughs to pass off as being above the standard straight to video fare, for its well cast, acted, directed & edited, albeit not deep exploration of themes of returning home to deal with a reunion of shared pasts colliding with the present.
