This was Tina Fey and Amy Poehler being Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. It was like a mashup of 30 Rock with Parks and Rec, minus the great supporting cast. Unfortunately, its the supporting cast that makes those shows.
Still, there were a handful of funny moments and it was overall fine enough. See it if you like these two, but catching it on TV/the Internet will be fine.
