Review of Sisters (1973) by Thomas K — 24 Aug 2015
The Bernard Herrmann score isn't the only thing this fine DePalma horror film has in common with the master of suspense. It misses the humor that DePalma became so well known for in the future, and the script is uneven, but when he gets to the big set pieces nobody did it better.
Charles Durning shines in a supporting role.
