Review of Sisters (1973) by Alan L — 19 May 2008
Before Body Double left him essentially Hitchcock's slobbering sycophant, this balls out pulp drama hits the 70s mainstream hard. What's this, interracial romance with montreal girl Margot Kidder? Uh Oh She killed the guy (or was it Psycho-sister?).
This is eminently watchable because it's more a parody of Spellbound mental hospital tales, not an authentic take on one.
