From the very start Sinister grabs your attention and if you didn't already turn it off you're welcomed into a promising premise. Sinister can be very scary yet the cliche modern horror genre is definitely noticeable and a few scares come cheap.
The film is entertaining but it doesn't leave you haunted afterwords.
