Review of Sinister (2012) by Shane P — 06 Jul 2013

A scary thriller with interesting premise, Sinister attempts to give it's all but fails with a lack of scares. I thought this movie was scary enough for me to be able to sit through it. But the problem is, they spaced the scares out too far.

If they had at least a few more scares that weren't so far apart then I would've pissed my pants, probably. Overall, the movie had way more potential than how it actually played out and it was more of a creepy movie than a jump scare.

But something about it kept me in my seat and glued to the television. And for that, thank you, Sinister.
