A very creepy take on the found footage/haunted house movie. The production is fantastic and the found footage scenes are extremely creepy in their realism. The sound work is also worth noting, as that is what gives the movie a lot of its scares and builds tension extremely well.
However, the last 40 minutes or so are lackluster compared to the rest, but despite the drop in plot quality, It remains a good scary movie!
