Really poorly done in my opinion. Didn't seem to follow any of the rules set by the first movie. Didn't do a great job building the characters so that you care about them. The character's actions often do not make sense at all (ie.

If Officer So and So knew what would happen why is he getting more and more involved? Trying to save the family is one thing but a personal relationship makes no sense and could they really not bother to give the poor guy a name?).

My biggest gripe about the whole thing is that they sacrificed plot in order to show as many of the snuff films as possible while excluding the one from the last film completely. Definitely not worth watching.
