Sure it's kinda silly and dumb, but the first hour, wherein allison, the heroine, bit by bit, realizes that her new roommate, hedy is complete insane, is chilling. the violence at the end was pretty dumb.
the acting was excellent, esp by steven weber and bridget fonda, the former as a realistically narcissistic boyfriend.
