Review of Singin' in the Rain (1952) by Jane H — 06 Feb 2011
A lovely feel good movie. Brilliant duets from Gene Kelly and Donald O'Connor. Gene Kelly really showcases his versatility from straight tap routines to the sensual, contemporary balletic pas de deux with Cyd Charisse.
This piece of choreography is ahead of its time. Wonderful support from Reynolds and O'Connor which add to the film.
