Review of Singin' in the Rain (1952) by Ryan M — 23 Feb 2012
People call this the finest of american musicals. thats an understatement. this is one of the finest movies in american history in my opinion. does it share a deep depressing plot with excruciating violence and constant swearing to achieve a sense of realism? NO!
This movie achieves the ability of bringing a huge smile to each person who watches this brilliant film.
The acting, the writing, the songs, the singing, the casting, the dancing, the set pieces, the costumes, its all so perfect.
I love this movie.
I could honestly watch it EVERY DAY and never grow tired of it. thats not an exaggeration.
I typically see the moses supposes scene on youtube at least once a week.
See this movie. love it.
