Review of Sing Street (2016) by David C — 12 Jul 2016
The director of Once scores another feel-good hit by mixing music and love but with an 80s high school throwback instead of modern day this time. Although it becomes a little cheesy towards the later stages, there's no denying the greatness of the script and excellent performances, especially Jack Reynor, on career-defining form.
Your feet will be tapping, your fist pumping and your mouth grinning at the comedic turns and music numbers throughout the film. Enjoy!
