Review of Sing Street (2016) by Rand P — 16 Mar 2017

My favorite movie of 2016 (which says a lot considering all the great movies: moonlight, la la land, Manchester by the sea) I'm gonna save you all the trouble of reading reviews and just say to go watch it.

It's a quick and easy watch on Netflix so get on it. No movie has ever had this effect on me and I'd consider myself someone who's heavily invested in film. This was an incredible work of art in my opinion and while I can see where others may disagree I'd still tell you to watch it.

I couldn't recommend it more. If you're hesitant just know it's a feel good movie with a few songs but in no way is it a musical or bogged down by that aspect. Please give this movie the support it deserves.
