First of all, Sing is definitely a kids movie, and unlike most modern animated movies will not appeal to most adults. The movie is primarily intriguing because of the great voice cast. The story is really just mediocre.

There are no big laughs for a grown up audience, which may be a little disappointing, but overall the movie is a well developed sweet and heartfell story. It will definitely appeal to fans of animated musicals.
