Review of Sing (2016) by Andrew H — 19 Apr 2017
This movie seemed to be created by listening to the radio on shuffle and the plot suffered from the same problems. Too many lead characters with underdeveloped stories that leads you to not care about any of them, especially when they're all forcibly wrapped up after each characters song.
Also there's a bit of a concerning undercurrent of staying with your own kind, pigs with pigs, white mouse with a white mouse. Probably not intentionally done, but there really wasn't a big positive message to offset it.
