Review of Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas (2003) by Dane J — 13 May 2004
Another kid's movie...my lucky kids (I never saw this many movies as a kid, that's for sure. Oh wait, they didn't have home VCRs until I was in High School, that's why)..

I *think* this was a direct-to-DVD movie. If so, it has surprisingly high production value. What can I say? Pretty typical plot, pretty typical moral conundrums people get themselves into, pretty typical resolution to the story. Overall, not a bad movie at all but it lacked the "wow factor" - that certain scene that the kids talk about later and because of this it has to receive an average grade. But for parents looking for a decent movie to show their kids they could do worse than this one..
