Review of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014) by Steven L — 03 Nov 2014

The original is one of my favorite movies, and I've watched it countless times. The sequel is a sad disappointment which I won't watch even a second time. "Hey, I know! Let's cut way down on the gritty noir narratives, throw in lots of gratuitous nudity, kill so much and in so many easy ways that the viewer gets tired of it, and then pull a quasi-Hollywood as we make the mistake of making everything revolve around love interests that absolutely nobody cares about!
