This sequel isn't really a match for the first movie, which is much better. The problem is that the stories aren't really very good. I'm a big fan of film noir genre and hard boiled novels, and I don't have any complaint about the visual aspect.
The photography is great. Mickey Rourke and Eva Green steal the show giving convincing performances. The problem is that the two stories don't have a good chance for a proper development, and hence the final development is even a little bit boring.
