It still has that great visual portrayal of comic-book violence and its stylish aura and even some good performances from its stacked cast, but Sin City: A Dame to Kill For lacks that momentum and power that drove the previous film nearly 9 years ago.
Fair plots, fair executions makes this film overall fair. 3/5.
