Review of Sin City (2005) by Max M — 25 Jul 2013
Based upon the graphic novel by Frank Miller ,Sin City directed by Robert Rodriguez, frank Miller, and with special guest director Quentin Tarantino basically the plot of the film is about different things like about a man played by Mickey Rourke seeking revenge for the death of a prostitute he was in love with,a detective played by Bruce Willis who is in love with and tries to protect a girl/woman played by Jessica Alba from a serial killer played by Nick Stahl, and then a man played by Clive Owen who kills a detective played by Benicio Del Toro for hitting his girlfriend played by the late Brittany Murphy and then is in love with a hot hooker played by Rosario Dawson and then Clive Owen's character has to save her and the girls from a guy with a gold eye and one eye played by the late Michael Clarke Duncan.
Overall Sin City is a very well made and crafted film and is also visually well done especially the black and white and the look of a graphic novel feel including the blood,it has a well done direction by Frank Miller,Quentin Tarantino, and Robert Rodriguez also did a good job co composing the music with John Debney and Graeme Revell, and also the actors also did a great job as well.
But as I said earlier Sin City is overall a visually well done crafted crime action thriller flick.
