Ridiculously gory and ridiculously bad. I understand it's not supposed to be taken seriously but it's neither funny nor scary, just dumb. I'd say it's sad to see Crispen Glover reduced to doing direct to DVD junk like this but, his performance is so bad as the twisted twins that I don't feel sorry for him.
