Review of Silver Saddle (1978) by Richard S — 16 Dec 2007
In their final film together, Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland still had it: remarkable onscreen chemistry; their performances held their own, especially in their final parting scene. Regardless of the historical inaccuracies, the film displays a well-rounded world for its characters, one of youth, laughs, love, serious understanding, glory, and death.
Not my favorite Flynn-de Havilland movie, but a really moving one.
