John Sayles teams up with Chris Cooper again to make, frankly, a pretty decent drama. Chris Cooper plays an inarticulate Republican gubernatorial candidate beholding to environmentally unfriendly big business.
Imagine "Chinatown" featuring George W. Bush. Though not quite on par with other Sayles' other works (such as "Lonestar") it's not entirely a waste of two hours either.
