When the shadiest looking scientist in cinema history injects an axe murderer with a special chemical, he becomes and unstoppable killing machine that only Chuck...err I mean Sheriff Dan Stevens can stop.
First half cheesy action movie, second half slasher. A good mix and some great fights, Norris takes out a bar full of bikers and at the end the super killer. Only from the 80's with its usage of no music at the end and the ludicrous plot.
