The creator of "Grizzly Adams" tries his hand at creating a slasher classic, and for the most part he succeeds. SN, DN is best rememebered for the unintentional hilarity as a 1983 time capsule than anything else.

Billy, our psychopath in training, has a great job at a toy store, stocking genuine Return of the Jedi figurines on Christmas Eve, set to the cheesiest montage music ever. Too bad he has to play Santa Claus; this sets up one of the most twisted moments in cinema history as he has nothing to give a sweet little girl but a box cutter, encrusted with blood after his most recent rampage.

He cuts a deadly swath through suburban Utah before the cops finally catch up to him. An epic finale setting up one of the worst sequels ever.
